I relocated from Connecticut to San Francisco for a career in tech. I've rented. I've bought. I've sold. I've been a landlord. I've upgraded. I know the excitement. I know the uncertainty. I know the weight of getting it right.
That journey led me into real estate.
For more than 15 years, I have worked across nearly every transaction type San Francisco throws at you. TICs, multi-unit buildings, trust sales, short sales, tenant buyouts, probate sales, and more. If it is complicated, I have probably done it. I have a business degree, a background in tech and B2B sales, and am an ICF trained coach, which means I ask before I act.
Along the way, I developed a genuine passion for preserving and growing generational wealth. Wealth built over a lifetime can disappear in a single misstep. A missed tax strategy. A home sold before the step-up in basis is applied. A poorly timed sale. It is almost impossible to get back. That is why I take this work seriously.
I am not the agent who tells you to sell because selling is how I get paid. I have told clients to wait. I have told clients to rent. I have told clients the timing was wrong. Because my job is to protect your outcome, not mine.
Outside of work, I am raising twin sons in San Francisco and remain, unapologetically, a Yankees fan.
You can count on me to always think creatively and help you move forward without regrets.
